**Ihre Aufgaben**:
In dieser Funktion betreuen Sie Projekte im Bereich AutoStore von der Anfrage bis zur Projektübergabe an das Projektmanagement und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Sales Manager und den verschiedenen Bereichen innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Entwerfen von kundenspezifischen Lösungen und deren Optimierung durch Simulationen mit produktspezifischen Software-Tools
- Administrative Aufgaben, vornehmlich Pflege des CRM
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Angeboten und Lieferantenanfragen
- Erstellung von Projektkalkulationen und Terminplänen
- Koordinierung von laufenden Prozessen in Absprache mit dem Sales Manager und den übrigen Fachbereichen
- Datenpflege, Datenanalysen, Pivotisierung von Daten
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Protokollierung von Meetings und Terminen

**Ihr Profil**:
Wir suchen das Gespräch mit lösungsorientierten Organisationstalenten, die mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und zuverlässiger, selbstständiger Arbeitsweise überzeugen.

Weiterhin bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener technischer Ausbildungshintergrund oder Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion (z.B. Auftragsbearbeitung, Projektmanagement oder Vertriebsinnendienst) ist wünschenswert
- Hohe Dienstleistungs
- und Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Eigenmotivation
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, Dynamics, Salesforce
- Idealerweise AutoCAD-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
