Senior Account Manager

Significant experience in technology related sales roles with great track record (or a business development, sales engineering, consulting background with remarkable achievements).
- Multi year direct field experience in working with complex Enterprise Accounts.
- In-depth understanding of customer use cases and industry trends in the main enterprise industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion, often in an ambiguous environment.
- B.A/B.Sc. graduation.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (English and German).
- Willingness for regular travel activity.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. You are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Help to drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory of Greenfield and engaged accounts.
- Develop and execute against a business plan, meet or exceed your quarterly targets.
- Develop and articulate the sales strategy of AWS.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Work with partners to extend the AWS adoption.
- Articulate the value and impact of AWS on market trends such as digitalization, Industry 4.0, IoT, DevOps, data analytics, and cloud/business transformation to C-level.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Multi-year industry expertise in manufacturing, automotive, retail or FSI.
- SaaS/Cloud experience.
- Extensive customer network up to C-level.
- proven AWS knowledge, e.g. through cloud practitioner certificate.
- Master's degree, preferably with a commercial or technical focus.
