We are currently hiring for a **Data Privacy Lead (M/F/d) **on a full-time basis in Vienna.

As our Data Privacy Lead you will drive the establishment and implementation of a Privacy framework/controls for Takeda´s IT Organization globally - **Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T)** - in alignment and collaboration with the Global Data Privacy office at Takeda. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct IT processes, people, and technology are in place to support the Privacy framework for DD&T.

**Your tasks in detail**:

- Develop and maintain relevant global DD&T data privacy policies and training in collaboration with the Global Data Privacy office at Takeda
- Handle enquiries and issues relating to data privacy practices in IT Systems and relevant external facing IT assets (i.e. Web, social media)
- Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolutions, trends, and best practices related to Data Privacy
- Develop and produce meaningful, periodic reporting on IT Data Privacy health for IT leadership

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years of proven experience in Data Privacy in the IT domain
- Experience effectively operating in and navigating a global organization with teams located across different geographies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to orchestrate, prioritize, delegate tasks for high-performance teams
- Ability to persuade and influence without authority
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Understanding of China Cyber Security Law
- Experience in working in a Global Pharma regulated environment (GxP)

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 3.389,68 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.
