For our highly motivated Addons Team, we are looking for a **Business Operations Associate (M/F/x)**. Collaborating with various departments, you will support the teams with your creative ideas.

Together with you and your talent we want to make consumption sustainable and build the leading marketplace for refurbished products in Europe. Join us on our mission **#TalentForFuture**

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You ideally have a completed bachelor's in business, operations or logistics
- You have at least 1 year of relevant working experience (including internships)
- You have gained first experience working with Excel and Google Sheet
- You have excellent language skills and an ability to express yourself in a clear and understandable way
- You work in a strongly solution-oriented and creative way and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues
- You love to work independently and to take fact-based actions and decisions
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference
- You are fluent in English

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- You will work cross-functional to optimize addons operational processes
- You will be in charge of management of the end-to-end addons supply chain
- You will be responsible for internal cross-functional communication and coordination

**ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE**:

- You have experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Power BI

**YOUR APPLICATION**:
For legal matters, we state that the minimum wage for this position is 28,000 EUR gross per year. However, depending on your qualification, a higher salary obviously is very likely.
