Project Coordinator

Job Locations: AT-Graz Seniority Level: Entry Level Overview:
The
**Project Coordinator** is responsible for supporting the project teams at Fortna. This role will aid and assist in delivering projects on time, in scope and within budget by being a partner with the project management team. The Project Coordinator is a vital part of our project management team throughout the lifecycle of a project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with project and site management teams to develop and implement solutions to safety related issues on project sites
- Update Status Reports weekly with the Project Manager to inform Clients and management of current state status
- Oversee documentation and distribution meeting minutes in weekly project team meetings
- Aggregate key project information for Project Management Review Meetings with senior management
- Collect project schedule information from other departments to provide real-time information on schedule status
- Collaborate with Finance on project PO generation and invoice recognition timing
- Aggregate and assist with preparation of project change notices
- Work with our resource planning office on project staffing requests and needs
- Partner with maintenance of project schedules
- Provide daily project management activities (risk register updates and reviews and change management prep and build)
- Assist in the review of all project documentation
- Take notes on project team calls, i.e., meeting minutes
- Follow-up on action items to assist in keeping schedules in line with deliverables

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Project Management, Business
- Experience within the supply chain / material handling industry
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in a project coordinator role within a project-based company
- Demonstrated ability to assist multiple resources remotely.
- Constantly communicates both up and down stream
- Demonstrated ability to assist in coordinating projects to achieve the triple constraint
- Exceptional time management
- Advanced presentation development and delivery skills
- Highly Proficient understanding of MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project & Visio)
