Gemeinsam mit deiner Kollegin kümmerst du dich um Content, unser Produktportfolio sowie Abstimmung mit unseren Expert:innen und Autor:innen. Als Team bringt ihr das Verlagswesen bei Austrian Standards voran.

**WOFÜR WIR DEINE IDEEN UND DEINE TATKRÄFTIGE UNTERSTÜTZUNG BRAUCHEN**:

- Inhaltliche und wirtschaftliche Planung sowie Betreuung von Publikationen und Content
- Produktentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf Digitalisierung und Schaffung neuer Content-Vermarktungsformen
- Mitarbeit bei der Portfolioanalyse mit eigener Themenverantwortung
- Verständnis für Zielgruppen, deren Größe und Erreichbarkeit
- Akquise und Betreuung von Expert:innen und Autor:innen
- Anlaufstelle für die Publikationsauswahl im Fremdliteraturportfolio
- Vertriebsverantwortung
- Verständnis von Kalkulationen sowie das dazugehörige Vertragsmanagement
- Einrichtung, Umsetzung und Implementierung relevanter Dienstleistungskonzepte in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten sicherstellen

**WELCHE QUALIFIKATIONEN DU IDEALERWEISE MITBRINGST**:

- idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Content-Entwicklung
- Talent für Sprache, Content und Layout
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Empathie und Fähigkeit, klar und präzise zu kommunizieren
- gute Mischung aus eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise und Teamwork
- proaktiver Zugang auf Zielgruppen und Erkennen von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**WAS DICH GEHALTLICH ERWARTET**:

- Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 42.000;
