Wir laden Sie ein, aktiv an der Gestaltung der Energiewende mitzuwirken und eine bedeutende Rolle in diesem Prozess zu übernehmen. Werden Sie zum Architekten der Businessprozesse für eine erfolgreiche, globale Gruppe in der Position des Global Lead Enterprise Resource Planning Architect (f/m/d).

Aufgaben
- Evaluierung der bestehenden ERP-Architektur und Implementierung einer zukunftsorientierten ERP-Architektur mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Führung und Koordination des internationalen Teams in einer 8-köpfigen Matrix‑Organisation
- Sicherstellung und Umsetzung einer einheitlichen ERP-Strategie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern der Fachabteilungen, um die Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen, kontinuierlich zu optimieren und an neue Marktanforderungen anzupassen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Schnittstellen zu 3rd Party Applikationen, um durchgängige Prozessketten zu ermöglichen
- Steigerung der Effizienz und Produktivität durch Bewertung und Implementierung neuer Technologien sowie Anpassungen im ERP‑System
- Als Product Owner verantworten Sie die Verfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Flexibilität der ERP-Lösungen, um das dynamische Wachstum in neuen Märkten zu unterstützen
- Akkurate Dokumentation des ERP-Designs und der ERP-Prozesse

Qualifikation
- Wirtschaftsinformatik-Studium bevorzugt, aber nicht obligatorisch
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung in ERP-Design, Implementierung und Projektleitung
- Ausgeprägte analytische
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Prozessdesign
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Leitung von Projekten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Freude an Innovation und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Systemen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung ab € 85.000 brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
