**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Identifizieren und Priorisieren des Forschungsbedarfs und das Vorantreiben der Nutzerforschung.
- Planung von Studien, Durchführung von Untersuchungen, Analyse der Ergebnisse und anschließende Präsentation der Ergebnisse und weiterführende Empfehlungen in Form von Insights Berichten für das Unternehmen
- Nutzerverhalten mithilfe von Studien, Umfragen, Experimenten, etc. verstehen.
- Erstellen von forschungsbasierten Modellen und Frameworks (Personas, Archetypen usw.), die dem Team helfen, Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung unseres Produkts zu ergreifen.
- Erleichtern der UX-Evaluierungs
- und Validierungsaktivitäten wie z.B. Usability-Tests von Prototypen und Funktionen.
- Pflegen unseres Research Repository.
- Fachliche Beratung zu möglichen Forschungsansätzen.
- Unternehmensübergreifendes Arbeiten, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und ein ganzheitliches Verständnis für unsere Benutzer:inne, Kunden:innen und Geschäftsanforderungen zu schaffen.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Erfahrung als UX Researcher mit mindestens 3 - 5 Jahren
- Hochschulabschluss in UX oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Verständnis für moderne Tools, Prozesse und Methoden der Nutzerforschung.
- Fähigkeit, sich in die Nutzer:innen einzufühlen und die Stimme der Kund:innen zu sein.
- Expert:in in der Durchführung von Forschungsarbeiten und der Gewinnung hochwertiger qualitativer Erkenntnisse.
- Erfahrung mit der Entdeckung verborgener Bedürfnisse und versteckter Motivationen.
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Das wichtigste natürlich: Leidenschaft für User Experience Research :)
