**The location of the role is in: Vienna**

**About the job**

In this position, you will directly report to the Head of Innovation & Pioneer Research. You will be part of the Innovation Management team based in Vienna and will lead and support the team in implementing new tools, methodologies as well as processes aiming at fostering Innovation within our organization. You will be the interface between innovation and different internal/external stakeholders for ensuring the complete implementation of innovative tools in various RHIM departments.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Leading, initiating and driving our global innovation processes
- Implementing a global ideation management system
- Supporting in technology scouting strategy implementation
- Interacting with internal stakeholders to foster an Innovation culture
- Communicating, valorizing, and designing support for strategic innovation initiatives

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skill**
- A university bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or similar fields
- Problem-solving and project management skills
- Affinity with MS Excel and PowerPoint

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language would be an asset

**Work Experience**
- Many years of relevant working business experience in innovation management and/or consulting (ideally in strategy, innovation, or development)

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 67.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values. This position is also open to more intermediate profiles.
