In der Dienstleistungseinrichtung "Veranstaltungsmanagement" ist die Stelle einer*eines Angestellten als
- TEAMLEITER*IN
- im Bereich "Akademische Feiern & Ehrungen" zu besetzen.**Beschäftigungsausmaß**: 40 Stunden/Woche.
- Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: -54 VwGr. IIIb
- Darüber hinaus können anrechenbare Berufserfahrungen die Einstufung und damit das Entgelt bestimmen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Aufgaben liegt in der Unterstützung der Koordination und Durchführung von akademischen Feiern, Ehrungen, Antrittsvorlesungen, Public Lectures und Festveranstaltungen der Universität Wien. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst, neben der Organisation der Veranstaltungen, allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten. Weiters beinhaltet Ihr Aufgabenbereich die finanzielle Abwicklung und Abrechnung der Veranstaltungen, Einladungsmanagement sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den inhaltlich verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter*innen des Rektorats und externen Partner*innen.

Des Weiteren Sie sich zuständig für:

- die Produktion von Urkunden, Diplomrollen, Urkundenzubehör
- die Instandhaltung und Verwaltung der akademischen Roben und Insignien
- die Recherche und Ausstellung von Diplomabschriften und Duplikatsurkunden
- die Vermarktung der Dienstleistungen in Abstimmung mit der Stabstelle Marketing & Kommunikation
- die Personal-, Ressourcen-, Investitions
- und Budgetplanung
- die Modernisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung

**Ihr Profil**:
Matura, gleichwertiger Abschluss oder höher

Erfahrung in der operativen Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen

Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative

Genauigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit

Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Projektorganisation

Flexibilität und hohe soziale Kompetenz

Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zeitliche Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu Überstunden und häufige Dienste an Abenden, Wochenenden und Feiertagen

Einschlägige Ausbildung im Tourismusbereich (Hotel, Gastronomie, Tourismus, Eventmanagement)von Vorteil

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Organisation von Festveranstaltungen und akademischen Feiern von Vorteil

Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Eventsoftware (z.B. Ungerboeck Software) von Vorteil
