Your mission:

- Mondi’s business unit Flexible Packaging is currently establishing a Growth & Commercial Excellence (G&CE) team. Therefore, we are looking for three team members, each focussing on one business segment.
- As team member, you will be involved in setting a state of the art commercial growth agenda and develop growth strategies together with the stakeholders of the respective business segment.
- Collaboratively with your business segment, you will drive growth ideas for the business into the overall G&CE agenda.
- On the other side, you will contribute to build a business unit wide state-of-the-art commercial operating model.
- Initially, the scope of the role ranges from account and contract management to strategic pricing and margin management.
- Further elements include growth acceleration, negotiation tools, sales force effectiveness and voice of the customer.
- As a functional expert, you enjoy to interact, coach and train sales teams and you are curious and enjoy learning from your designated business segment sales team.
- Together with the G&CE team, you will work on building a suite of customer experience and analytic tools ranging from CRM to business intelligence platforms.

- commercial experience in one of the following businesses:Packaging or technical papers, consumer packaging, other packaging
- advanced knowledge as a user or project experience with digital CX tools such as CRM, lead management, ecommerce, business intelligence or similar advanced commercial tools
- optionally, customer centricity throughout the value chain, price strategies and tools, training and coaching

Our offer:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 60,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
