- As our Commercial Excellence Lead, your role is to elevate our sales force in Austria. You will utilize IO Engage (CRM) to enhance customer engagements, optimize field resources through targeting, transparent performance management, and ongoing opportunity spotting.- Your main tasks will also be:
- Local system ownership incl. securing data quality, integration and technology improvements
- Internal adoption incl. ensuring compliance and driving training and communication
- Responsibility for IO Engage related data analysis
- Targeting and segmentation support to field-based teams
- Act as a role model on Novo Nordisk behaviour and cross-functional cooperation
**Qualifications**
- You have a degree or equivalent in business, economics, statistics, mathematics or similar. In addition, you bring several years of relevant working experience.- Experience in sales force excellence preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with scoping and deploying CRM solutions and demonstrated track record in managing large scale projects that realize business benefits
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- You have an excellent command of both written and spoken German as well as English language
