This is what you can look forward to:
Reporting to Oncology/AI Lead, the Commercial Lead Solid Tumor is responsible for leading the Commercial Organization (Sales & Marketing) of the Oncology Solid Tumor franchise to deliver “Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.
The Commercial Lead Solid Tumor directly leads a team of marketing and sales colleagues and leads a complex matrix organization consisting of patient experience focused colleagues in addition to a cross functional team of medical, regulatory, commercial, H&V and public affairs amongst others.
Operational and Financial Performance
- Accurately managing budgets and delivering profitable growth
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources for the attainment of business goals and objectives
- Monitor performance of the business and implement course-correcting actions in agreement with the category lead
Strategy
- Drive launch excellence and innovation of the Oncology/AI portfolio
- Identify and exploit market specific opportunities to grow revenue and income
- Evaluate, develop and execute new go to market strategies and innovative reimbursement approaches in partnership with H&V/PHI
- Cooperate with global commercial and cross-functional teams to provide strategic / brand / operating plans
- Drive execution of customer centric strategies and tactics

What you offer:
- University degree in science, economics or equivalent level
- MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in RX pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales position
- Experience in leadership
- Experience in Oncology beneficial
- Strong experience in launching innovative specialty care products and managing multi brand budgets
- Proven ability to interact with high level KOLs as well as other relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrated growth mindset, accountability and agility
- Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Fluency in both written and verbal in German and English
- Excellent technical marketing skills incl. digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Office & Digital literacy/knowledge
- Flexibility, teamwork and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented working attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 87.500 gross p.a. on a full time base.
