**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Co-Creation neuer und laufender Innovationsprojekte in den Bereichen Plattformen & Digitalisierung
- Ideation & Konzeption neuer Geschäftsmodelle mit Bezug zu Plattformen und Plattformpartnern
- Steuerung und Support im Management von Partnern wie Start-ups, Venture Capital Fonds, Company Builders sowie Informationsanbietern
- Wettbewerbsmonitoring, Recherche sowie Beobachtung zu und von Trends und Innovationen
- Analyse, Bewertung und Aufbereitung von Daten
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit unseren zahlreichen Landesgesellschaften sowie externen Stakeholdern
- Prüfung, Testung und iterative Weiterentwicklung von Innovations-Ideen mittels progressiver Methoden
- Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen, Dokumentation, Erstellung von Präsentationen und Excel-Spreadsheets
- Unterstützung bei operativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten im Zuge von Projekten und im Daily Business

- Dieses Praktikum ist ab sofort für max. 5 Monate in einem Vollzeit-Beschäftigungsausmaß zu vergeben. Gegebenenfalls ist eine geringere Stundenanzahl möglich.
- Für dieses Praktikum bieten wir ein monatliches Gehalt von € 1.300 brutto (basierend auf Vollzeit)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Innovationsmanagement, Digitalisierung und/oder Kommunikation
- Agiles Mindset, Can-Do-Mentalität
- Idealerweise bereits erste Arbeitserfahrung (z.B. Praktika, Projektarbeit)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Lösungsorientierte, innovative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
