Für unsere Business Group Health and Medical suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n **Marketing Manager/in**:

- Vollzeit und unbefristet - zur Führung eines dynamischen Marketingteams.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Unterstützung der finanziellen Zielerreichung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Director der Region AT/CH
- Operationalisierung der globalen Marketingstrategie auf die Region AT/CH
- Entwicklung, Planung und Konzeptionierung von Marketingplänen und -aktivitäten
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales Managern und des Business Directors bei der Festlegung der Prioritäten und des Marketingbudgets
- Führung, Betreuung und Coaching der Marketingteams
- Motivation der Brand
- und Activation Manager die globale Marken
- sowie Kommunikationsstrategien in der Region voranzutreiben
- Sicherstellung des lokalen Marktinputs für globale Markenstrategien (Innovationen, Kommunikation und Sortiment) über das Marketingteam
- Enge Abstimmung mit den lokalen Sales Funktionen, um die Produktivität von Sales & Marketing sicher zu stellen

**Ihr Profil**:
Um die Position erfolgreich ausführen zu können, verfügen Sie über ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung. Sie bringen langjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in Marketing und Sales orientierter Position sowie erste Führungserfahrung mit. Es bedarf für diese Rolle strategisches Denken, Teamführung, Ergebnisorientierung, Kundenorientierung, länderübergreifende Marktkenntnis, Omnichannel-Ansatz, Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und Einflussnahme, kaufmännischer und unternehmerischer Scharfsinn. Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln, Verkaufsfähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke sind wichtig.

Weiters sollte man Spaß daran haben, ein Team zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und nach herausfordernden Zielen zu führen. Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen überzeugend und authentisch zu kommunizieren. Ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen, Selbstorganisation und Eigenmotivation ist erforderlich. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office werden vorausgesetzt.

**Vergütung & Zusatzleistungen**
Am Standort Wien kommt der Handelskollektivvertrag zur Anwendung. Die Position ist laut KV mit einem jährlichen Mindestgehalt von ca. 65.000 EUR brutto **(Basis 38,5 h/ Woche) **dotiert. Wir bringen die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung mit. - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
