Service Desk Agent (M/F/d)

Your new adventure

You will be onsite with the users to provide better support and bring a good understanding of the dedicated department (Shopfloor or R&D). The person will be responsible for supporting the IT Enduser with IT Infrastructure - Standard Hardware and Software.
- Supporting enduser in standard hardware: desktop PC, laptops, workstation, smartphone, printer
- Identification, analysis and resolution of hardware and software malfunctions
- Collection and documentation of all reported inquiries in the form of tickets
- Configuration, provision and support of authorization, hardware and software requests
- Cooperation with the 2nd level support and vendors
- Supporting on “how to use” by best effort
- Handover of new HW to the enduser and give guidance
- Supporting international users remotely

Your experiences and skills
- Vocational training of at least 3 years or completed studies (HTL) in the area of informatics
- Good German and English language skills
- Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and analytical thinking

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 41.390,02 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
