Unsere Auftraggeberin - die Tempi-Stiftung - fördert national und international anerkannte Forschungsprojekte, gemeinnützige Organisationen zur Unterstützung von Betroffenen sowie Charity Projekte zur Bekämpfung von Krankheiten wie Myalgische Enzephalomyelitis / Chronisches Fatigue Syndrom (ME/CFS). Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und ist im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeiten auf Spenden angewiesen. Im Zuge der weiteren Professionalisierung des Bereichs Kommunikation und Fundraising suchen wir aktuell eine starke, empathische und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Affinität für Gesundheitsthemen sowie für den relevanten Themenkreis.

Aufgaben

Sie sind für die effektive und effiziente Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung aller Aktivitäten im Fundraising bzw. in der Akquise von Spendengeldern sowie für die Spenderbetreuung zuständig. Als Botschafter/in der Stiftung sind Sie für Kommunikation nach außen und innen verantwortlich. Sie betreuen den Vorstand sowie den Beirat, pflegen die Kontakte zu unserem bestehenden Netzwerk, den nationalen und internationalen medizinischen Einrichtungen/Universitäten und zu namhaften Medizinern und Forschern. Die Erstellung von Marketingkonzepten, Pressearbeit und Veranstaltungsmanagement runden Ihr Aufgabenfeld ab.

Qualifikation

Die Position ist direkt dem Vorstand unterstellt und mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung ausgestattet. Wir suchen dafür eine Person, die sich gerne neuen Herausforderungen stellt und Freude hat, bei der Entstehung und Umsetzung von gesundheitsrelevanten Zukunftsprojekten mitzuwirken.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, wünschenswert im NPO/NGO-Bereich
- Führungskompetenz gepaart mit Innovationsgeist
- Erfahrungen mit der Veranstaltungsorganisation, z.B. Charity Events, sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit „Hands on“ Mentalität
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kontaktfreudigkeit, Motivations
- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
