**Company Description**:
We 'are looking for a Team member who is excited to support the buildout and development of a new Global Procurement Organization. Acting as a strong relationship-builder who can engage internally and externally to ensure that business needs are met quickly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- This role will be highly impactful to the business, driving process and procedure changes to create a more effective and efficient organization.
- Deliver bottom line results managing and owning IT & R&D spend.
- Develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies for the new Global Procurement Function.
- Document and share best practice methods, processes, policies, and ideas across the business functions; drive innovative thinking and process development throughout the organization.
- Managing sourcing and supplier engagement activities including Vendor Management, IT Software Library creations, spend pattern analysis, contract analysis, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier consolidation.
- Implement supplier selection processes and overall supplier performance metrics, using optimized spend analytics.
- Establishes preferred strategic supplier relationships
- Lead strategic projects in EMEA region to drive best practices in sourcing and supplier management
- Identification of strategic sourcing opportunities and support development & implementation of local (Austria) /regional (EMEA) category specific strategies.
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with leaders in all business functions.
- Work independently in a professional and organized manner while juggling multiple tasks.
- You will support the Director of Global Procurement and the Procurement Managers in the areas of procurement market research, data analysis and the presentation & benchmarking of market information/competition.
- Help to develop requirements & sourcing of CLM (contract lifecycle management) tools to ensure all contracts are effectively tracked, monitored and analyzed for alignment with business goals and compliance with contract terms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree and professional record in overall Technology, SaaS & Tech Research and Development Procurement.
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated expertise in influencing business strategy, vendor relations, and negotiations.
Experience working at a Global level with a proven track record of implementing procurement tools & processes to support a fast-growing function.
- Experience scaling supply chain operations and help support developing high performing teams within a fast growth, high change technology company
- Exceptional organization and communication skills and ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize tasks.
- Business fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English required.
- Enlist strong process and project management skills/ability to manage change.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel < 15%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a **higher salary** in line with qualifications and experience.
