**Wir bieten ein Anstellungsverhältnis auf Basis 40 Stunden pro Woche und einen unbefristeten Vertrag als Procurement Manager (w/d/m).**

**Deine Mission**:

- Weiterentwicklung von SAP Ariba und dazugehörigen Einkaufsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Einkauf
- Fokus auf den indirekten Einkauf mit enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen lokalen Stakeholdern (Buchhaltung, Marketing, Immobilien, Legal usw.)
- Management der lokalen Lieferanten und Unterstützung bei Lieferantenverhandlungen
- Unterstützung anderer Departments z.B. bei Kostenvoranschlägen und Bestellungen lokaler Lieferanten
- Verantwortung für die System
- und Prozessadministration.
- Erstellung und Pflege von lokalen Katalogen
- Verantwortung für die operativen Einkaufsaktivitäten
- Ausbildung & Training für alle lokalen Stakeholdern
- Rollout einer Procurement Policy für Österreich nach globalen Standards

**Deine Heldenfähigkeiten**:

- 2 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im lokalen Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse der Lieferantenbasis in Österreich
- Arbeitserfahrung mit Systemen wie Ariba
- Deine gute Selbstorganisation, analytischen Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Details zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl
- Dir bereitet es Freude, Lösungen für komplexe Probleme auszuarbeiten
- Du ist ein Generalist und handhabst alle Einkaufstätigkeiten (operative, strategisch, Lieferantenmanagement und Stakeholdermanagement)
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch mit
