To strengthen our motivated **Packaging Procurement Team **at our headquarters in Vienna or at our office in Heidenheim, we are looking for a passionate **Junior Procurement Manager (M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You communicate and monitor our global divisional sourcing projects, keep an eye on our KPIs and report all business-critical market changes to our management board
- You support the coordination of supplier meetings as well as the preparation and follow-up of supplier agreements and create reports and presentation documents
- You keep our databases up to date and regularly prepare our key figures (Power BI)
- You are responsible for process and project management of our procurement activities for several categories
- You prepare supplier evaluations and, on this basis, business review meetings with suppliers
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the global SRM tool
- You are accompanying and supporting digitization projects

**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business administration or comparable training with initial professional experience in purchasing
- You are goal-oriented, can work independently but enjoy engaging with others
- You have a flair for numbers and data presentation, especially in the utilization of Excel and PowerPoint (as well as other MS Office tools)
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C-level), other foreign language skills are an advantage
- You impress with a hands-on mentality, flexibility, team spirit and a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
- You would like to take up the challenge to develop into a Procurement Manager
