IT Procurement Manager (Contract) - Baden / Hybrid We're looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager to support a key strategic sourcing project for a major Swiss organisation. You'll work closely with category leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-value procurement outcomes across IT, SaaS, Cloud, Hardware, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.Key points at a glance:Hybrid role based in Baden (2-3 days on-site expected)Fluent German and English is essentialIT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Contract Negotiation / Supplier Management experience requiredContract until January 2026 (initial 6 months)Day to Day responsibilities:Support category leaders in defining and delivering IT procurement strategiesLead supplier analysis, negotiations, and contract managementIdentify cost-saving opportunities and manage sourcing projectsMonitor supplier performance, compliance, and riskCollaborate with stakeholders on forecasting and procurement initiativesAnalyse procurement data to provide strategic insightsIdeal Background / Experience:Several years' experience in IT procurement and strategic sourcingStrong background in supplier negotiations and contract managementSolid understanding of procurement policies, compliance, and risk managementFluent in German and English (must-have)Proficiency with procurement tools (e.g., SAP), Excel, Power BI, and sourcing platformsOrganised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environmentTo apply for this contract It Procurement Manager role, please send your CV or call Ric Marshall at Oliver James for more information.IT Procurement Manager (Contract) - Baden / Hybrid
