**The Impact You’ll Make**

As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from the beginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release, and end of product-life
- Technical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodate customer requirements
- Serves as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
- Leads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps the management informed about the results
- Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program-Management
- Extensive Knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment Technology
- Minimum BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electronics or Materials Science
- Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an asset
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Willingness to travel (internationally) is required
