In the **Hydro **department in **Graz**, we are looking for a **Head of Product Management - Standard Pumps **(M/F/d).

**Your Tasks**
- Leading a team of Product Line Managers - Standard Pumps
- Definition of product strategy, based on relevant market requirements
- Definition of development tasks and budget
- Project management of R&D projects
- Product lifecycle monitoring
- Cooperate with our global Pump locations in China and India
- Segment/Sales and Order Execution Team Support (Projects, Tools, etc.)
- Interface between Sales, Segment, Engineering and Project Management

**Your Profile**
- Technical education in mechanical engineering (FH and/or University)
- Professional experience in Product Management and/or Hydraulic Machines
- Management and Project Management skills
- Customer orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Business fluent in German and English

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.301,12 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
