Um unser Wachstum auf den internationalen Märkten aktiv voranzutreiben, besetzen wir im Bereich **IR/PR & **C**ommunications** im Rahmen einer **Teamerweiterung** an unserem Headquarter in **Leoben (AT) **die folgende Position:
**Specialist Internal Communication (m/w/d)**

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikation abgeleitet von der Unternehmensstrategie und anderer Vorgaben
- Steuerung und Umsetzung konzernweiter interner Kommunikationsprojekte
- Entwicklung von zielgruppenspezifischen Konzepten und Maßnahmen
- Redaktionelle Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationskanäle (z.B. Intranet, Screens,Events Mitarbeiterzeitung etc.,)
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Company Culture
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Unternehmensbereiche und Abteilungen bei internen Kommunikationsprojekten und -maßnahmen
- Planung, Steuerung und Organisation von internen Events
- Konzeption und Steuerung interner Video-Drehs und Fotoshootings

**Ihr Profil**
- Ausbildung (Studium od. vergleichbar) im Bereich Marketing oder Publizistik/Journalismus
- Zumindest 3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing oder Redaktion - Erfahrung im Bereich interne Kommunikation von Vorteil
- Gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Projekterfahrung von Kommunikationsprojekten
- Freude und Interesse am Schreiben zu verschiedensten Themenbereichen
- Sehr gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Textsicherheit in englischer und deutscher Sprache
- Selbständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsstil und eine positive Einstellung zu Herausforderungen
- Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Grafikprogrammen und CMS
- Reisebereitschaft
