**Dein Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg**:
- Als Content Host bist du für die Produktion von Social Media Content für die beiden BASSENA Hotels verantwortlich.
- Du überprüfst laufend die Aktualität aller Hotelinformationen auf den verschiedensten Online Plattformen sowie der digitalen Gästemappe (SuitePad).
- Du stehst unseren Besucher:innen durch die Beantwortung der Kommentare auf den diversen Bewertungs-Plattformen zur Verfügung.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Promotion von internen Aktionen über die digitale Gästemappe Suitepad und erstellst Instagram Stories zu tagesaktuellem Geschehen in den beiden Häusern.
- In Abstimmung mit unserem Social Media Manager und der Social Media Agentur organisierst du das monatliche Content-Shooting.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zu allen Content relevanten Abteilung wie Ritual
- & Operation Hosts, BASSENA & VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITLITY Marketingabteilung sowie unserem Social Media Manger.
- Als unser interne Markenbotschafter stellt du sicher das auf Werbeaktionen und Events die Marke BASSENA spür
- und erlebbar ist.
**Deine Skills & dein Mindset**:
- Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation oder eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Content Creation.
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder starkes Interesse im Bereich Fotografie und bist dabei sehr kreativ.
- Du bist Soziale Medien affin und bringst Leidenschaft in jeden Post durch treffende Texte und gestaltest Content auf allen gängigsten Plattformen.
- Du interessierst dich für Veranstaltungen sowie Neuigkeiten in der Stadt und in der Umgebung der Hotels.
- Aufgeschlossen, empathisch und ehrlich - sowohl im Team als auch im Kontakt mit unseren Gästen legst du Wert auf eine freundliche und offene Kommunikation.
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

Mit der U2 Station, dem Prater und unzähligen Lokalen im Grätzl, ist unser Standort ideal für deinen Arbeitsweg und deine Freizeitgestaltung. Unser zweites BASSENA liegt direkt an der U1 Station Kagran, wenige Minuten von der Alten Donau und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Du belebst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen das gemütliche Haus und empfängst unsere Gäste. Als Content Host (m/w/d) verdienst du laut Kollektivvertrag mindestens € 2.015 brutto monatlich, das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Ausbildung ab und kann gerne im persönlichen Gespräch besprochen werden.
