Finance Lead AT & CH (w/m/x) – Life Science Unternehmen
Aufgaben
- Strategische und operative Führung der Abteilung Finance (2 direct reports)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien, um die finanziellen Ziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen
- Sicherstellung eines soliden Finanzmanagements inkl. Verantwortung für Budgetierung und Forecasting sowie Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung und Effizienzsteigerung
- Sparringspartner*in zur Geschäftsführung: Einbindung in sämtliche Geschäftsentscheidungen – Bereitstellung von finanziellen Einblicken sowie Unterstützung aus finanztechnischer Perspektive für diese
- Überwachung der finanziellen Leistung des Unternehmens und Identifizierung von Trends und Abweichungen
- Koordination von externen Dienstleistern (bspw. Steuerberater) und First Point of Contact für Behörden und Auditor
- Sicherstellung eines transparenten (Ad-hoc-)Reporting an den Private-Equity-Investor inklusive Finanzkennzahlen, Forecasts und strategischer Analysen sowie an die Geschäftsleitung unter der Einhaltung aller finanziellen Vorschriften und Gesetze
- Erstellung von Monats- und Jahreabschlüssen sowie Support beim Konsolidierungsprozess der Gruppe inkl. Reporting an Group Finance sowie
- Präsentationen von Reports, Analysen und Budgets an Cluster- und Konzernmanagement
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Wirtschaftsbezug bzw. facheinschlägige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer (Allrounder-)Position im Finanzbereich – idealerweise in einem Private-Equity geführten Unternehmen
- Unternehmerisches Mindset gepaart mit hoher Verlässlichkeit und Eigenverantwortung
- Analytischer Charakter mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
- Resiliente Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsstärke und strukturiertem Vorgehen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office Paket, SAP, etc.), Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Microsoft Business Central sind von Vorteil
