Aufgaben

- Annahme und Qualifizierung von Veranstaltungs- und Gruppenanfragen
- Unterstützung des Director of Sales
- Durchführen von Verkaufsgesprächen und Hausführungen mit Kunden
- Repräsentieren und Vermarktung unserer einzigartigen Räumlichkeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Event Service Abteilung sowie der Sales Abteilung
- Regelmäßiges Durchführen und Beobachten von Marktanalysen
- Aktive und geplante Kundenwerbungen mit dem Ziel, engen Kontakt mit dem lokalen Klienten zu knüpfen
- Unterstützende Tätigkeiten bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Business Plans, sowie dessen Ausführung und das Erreichen der vorgegebenen Ziele
- Weiterentwicklung und Führung des Event Sales Teams

Profil

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Luxushotellerie, gehobenen Gastronomie oder Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule
- Führungserfahrung im Event Sales
- Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit, hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und flexible Einsatzbereitschaft
- perfekte Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
