**The role** We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting, implementing, and optimising data-driven insights and analytics across the Gaming operation. This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract based in Melbourne. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the delivery of gaming reporting and insights suitable for consumption by key business units and stakeholders. - Collaborate with key senior stakeholders to provide data driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue and identify efficiencies. - Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to streamline all reporting and analysis processes. - Prioritise analytical requests and keep up with the dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment. **About you** You’ll bring the following: - Strong experience in a similar role with customer, labour and gaming product analytics, and transactional data exposure. - Gaming industry knowledge and experience is highly desired. - Strong business acumen and ability to present data to senior stakeholders. - Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI. - Proficiency with relational databases and extracting data using SQL. - Ability to apply technical expertise, sound mathematics and statistical knowledge to data transformation and analysis.
