We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you. **What you’d be doing in this role** As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. _At the moment, this role is focused on:_ - From change management to people campaigns, you'll design and lead end-to-end internal communications programs that inform, engage and inspire our team of 5,000 Canvanauts across the globe. - Leading our internal communications measurement and reporting program, analysing key metrics to ensure company communications are clear, engaging, and landing with impact. - Leading our global internal communications content and editorial strategy, partnering with leaders across the company to synthesize company-wide updates, events, and developments to share in the appropriate way for our team across the globe. - Optimising internal communications channels to ensure our team has access to timely, relevant, and trustworthy information. You will focus on curating content, reducing information overload, and driving engagement. - Driving internal communications engagement and awareness by gathering feedback and constantly iterating on strategies based on data and team insights. - Crafting messages, talking points, Q&As, scripts, and visual content that moves our goals forward while aligning to Canva's unique tone, style, and values. **You're probably a match if** - 5+ years of experience in an internal communications, chief of staff or people experience role within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. - Exceptional written, visual and verbal communicator including deep familiarity with Canva and the ability to independently create crisp and engaging visual content. - Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages. - Exceptional at planning, prioritising, and executing simultaneous projects. - You have navigated complex stakeholder environments to drive outcomes.
