What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA.
This role is focused on:
Designing and leading end-to-end internal communications programs that inform, engage, and inspire our team of 5,000 Canvanauts across the globe.Leading our internal communications measurement and reporting program, analysing key metrics to ensure company communications are clear, engaging, and impactful.Leading our global internal communications content and editorial strategy, partnering with leaders across the company to synthesize updates, events, and developments.Optimising internal communications channels to ensure timely, relevant, and trustworthy information, curating content, reducing information overload, and driving engagement.Driving internal communications engagement and awareness by gathering feedback and iterating on strategies based on data and team insights.Crafting messages, talking points, Q&As, scripts, and visual content that align with Canva's unique tone, style, and values.You're probably a match if 5+ years of experience in an internal communications, chief of staff, or people experience role within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communicator with deep familiarity with Canva and the ability to independently create engaging visual content.Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.Exceptional at planning, prioritising, and executing simultaneous projects.You have navigated complex stakeholder environments to drive outcomes.About the team & role As an Internal Communications Manager at Canva, you'll join a small and impactful team that keeps our 5,000 employees connected, inspired, and engaged worldwide.
You'll help develop strategies and programs to disseminate the right information through the right channels at the right time.
