**The opportunity:** We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge team. In this role you will ensure every concierge interaction, for every client, is professional and engaging in a way that sets William Buck positively apart. **You will be responsible for:** \- The coordination of facility requirements to support and enhance the client experience. \- Manage the office facilities and ensure they are maintained appropriately. \- General administration and procurement such as office stationery orders, grocery supplies, crockery, cutlery, etc. \- Assisting with staff and client events, various projects, and firm initiatives. \- Leading the Concierge Team to achieve the efficient running of the Front of House, facilities, and office, as a whole. \- Managing concierge communications (emails, team messaging, incoming/outgoing mail), enquiries, mail management and scanning \- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reconciliation of expenses **About you:** \- Experience in a similar role is essential. \- Experience with Office 365 products. \- Professional Services environment experience (not essential) \- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills \- Team leader experience \- “Can Do” approach, when considering or dealing with change \- High attention to detail
