Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking ambitious and driven Account Manager - Inside Sales to join our Sales Team on a _permanent_ basis. Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? As an Account Manager - Inside Sales, you will engage with small to medium-sized businesses across regional markets, playing a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base. Located near Melbourne Airport, you’ll work closely with your Sales Manager and the Head of Inside Sales to develop and execute campaigns that drive new business and increase our market share. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen understanding of industry trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities - Manage a national portfolio with a target of $4.5M+, ensuring strong customer retention and growth. - Build and maintain customer relationships through regular contact, including calls, Teams meetings, and face-to-face visits. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and customer insights. - Negotiate trading terms, credit requests, and manage customer remediation processes. - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce. - Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to support seamless customer service and contribute to overall business objectives.
