So join our team and build your careers with usDivision:Boral Constr Mat LimitedDepartment:Overhead Vic Tas SAWork type:Permanent - full timeLocation:MelbournePosition Overview:We are looking for YOU, an enthusiastic customer-focused individual, to join our team as an in-house Inside Sales Representative within our growing Quarries division based in our Port Melbourne office.Your Day Will Involve:Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral's small to medium-sized client base.Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Being a brand ambassador for our market-leading portfolio of products.Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate.What Are We Looking For?Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position OR within a customer service centre environment.Experience in the construction industry is preferable.Ability to stay on top of current market conditions including competitor and industry analysis.Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs.What's On Offer?Continuous fully funded market, sales, and product training.Mentoring culture, career pathways and promotion opportunities aligned with your career aspirations.Become an industry expert for the largest integrated construction materials company in Australia.About Boral QuarriesBoral is Australia's leading quarry operator, with 76 quarries, sand pits and gravel operations, supplying about 30 million tonnes of product annually.
