As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the core of our sales efforts, maximizing every opportunity and turning unsold leads into success stories.
Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, elevating every customer interaction, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted South Australian brand.

What you'll be doing day to day: Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate interest in our services and close sales opportunities. Converting lost opportunities to sales from technicians' invoices and sales representatives' proposals. Consistently following up to understand hesitations and highlight the benefits, ensuring unsold leads don't go cold. Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with recent services, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Monitoring and managing online Google reviews, generating positive feedback, and addressing concerns professionally. Supporting the Customer Service inbound team and assisting the Customer Service Manager as needed. About you: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections and provide solutions Driven to exceed targets and achieve sales goals Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Benefits – Why Work with Us?
