Graduate Account Manager role responsibilities.  - Start in your sales role then commence the 6-month Langdon graduate program before returning to the sales team as Graduate Account Manager - Grow the business with existing and new accounts in your category  - Sell, market and promote Langdon ingredients and services to current and potential customers - Regular on-site customer visits - Identify new opportunities within the market - Increase sales, gross profit and volume budget expectations - Manage and forecast product for existing and new business - Provide reports and market intelligence for your markets. The Graduate Program.  - Identifying future leaders our graduate program will see you learn and develop working in procurement, technical, product development, manufacturing, warehouse, marketing, customer service and planning - Collaborate and work closely with highly experienced managers and food industry professionals - Assist the managers in each department with their project-based activities whilst being mentored and coached - Enjoy Graduate breakfasts with current and past Langdon graduates - Collaborate with graduates on our environmental and social project. About you.  - 2024 graduate or early 2025 with a science and or business degree  - Or with the relevant degree and early career related work experience - Solid record of academic success GPA/WAM - Self-motivated, positive and curious - Confident to engage and collaborate with peers and managers - Forward thinking bringing new and innovative ideas - Able to work effectively under pressure and meet goals - Focused on a career in sales.
