As we continue to experience growth, we are looking for a Client Service Specialist who is used to Fast-Paced environment and would like to progress their career. You will be led by a strong team lead who understands the role and more importantly remains hands on to support their team. This includes internal movements, as the team are coached and upskilled to ensure your career pathway with us is achieved. **About the role: ** You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve queries. Our people are key to our business, so you will be a team player and demonstrate a solutions minds set and a positive and proactive approach to your work. As an individual contributor, day to day you will be working in a high velocity environment actioning the duties below: - Assisting and Investigating clients with enquiries via telephone and email - Assist in managing the Client Experience Inbox - Build strong internal relationships within departments - Adhoc duties Ideal teammate we are looking for: Is someone with a minimum of 1 years experience in a call centre environment type role who is very detailed, proactive, solution orientated and can drive results.
