Our Team & Opportunity As part of our Financial Adviser Services (FAS) team, FAS are dedicated to supporting our client’s investment decision making process and connecting them to Vanguard's broad suite of investment products, tools and services. We do this through our experienced team which sits across Regional Sales Executives, Sales Specialists, Adviser Offer, and Sales Enablement As the Sales Executive, you will identify, build, and develop new business opportunities for Vanguard, as well as the assistance of ongoing retention of key accounts and continue to develops sales skills and product knowledge whilst covering a smaller or less complex prospects and/or accounts independently, additionally, you will assist more senior sales executives and managers with larger and complex prospects and/or accounts. What you will do - Drive own pipeline and panel management, identify new opportunities and establish relationships with new Vanguard clients. Responsible for driving increase net cash flow across the panel - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e. Client Offer, Marketing, Product) to drive collaborative solutions that deliver on client requirements. - Work closely with the Adviser community to promote Vanguard’s portfolio construction philosophy, investment beliefs and products - Collaborate on relevant sales opportunities to leverage insights and successes. - Implement sales philosophy, methodology and behaviours framework to know our clients deeply and increase our channel efficiency and effectiveness - Leverages data to make better decision, identify opportunities and effectively manage their book of business. What we are looking for - Demonstrated experience within sales & business development in the investment management space. - A natural flair for building relationships, providing effective guidance & influence to attain the best outcome for our customers and advisers - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and leverage expertise to deliver results for clients - Embraces change and contributes to a positive team culture Specialisations that will make an impact - Demonstrated experience advising clients on complex concepts in a clear and concise manner - Highly driven, results-oriented self-starter - Tertiary qualified in a related field. Relevant post graduate qualifications (i.e. CIMA, CA, CFA, MBA) would be highly regarded - Successful completion of the RG146 certification Special Factors - Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
