Join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of delivering high-quality marketing campaigns with a strong focus on branding and sponsorship. You’ll be working closely with leadership and supported by the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through multi-channel marketing efforts. **What you’ll be working on** - **Brand Governance:** Take ownership of brand governance, ensuring William Buck’s branding is consistently represented across all channels, events, and partnerships. - **Sponsorship and Partnership Marketing:** Lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies, working closely with key partners to amplify our brand’s visibility and drive business development opportunities. **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand specific sectors within your portfolio and develop targeted strategies to reach audiences effectively. - **Marketing Campaigns:** Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, from building prospect lists and creating content to channel selection and event execution. - **Content Strategy:** Work with industry experts to raise their profiles through engaging content and media opportunities. - **Data Analytics:** Dive into data to measure campaign effectiveness, report on performance, and ensure sponsorship initiatives meet ROI and business targets. - **Mentorship**: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills while managing workflow to meet deadlines. **We are looking for someone with** - **A passion for professional services marketing**, with the ability to identify and maximize brand development opportunities. - **A deep understanding of brand identity and narrative**, with an eye for detail in maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. - **The ability to pivot between marketing disciplines**, including content creation, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and event coordination. - **Strong leadership skills** to inspire internal teams and external partners. - **Commercial acumen**, with the ability to assess sponsorship value and deliver measurable results. **Skills and Expertise** - 4+ years’ experience in marketing, communication, or PR. - Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or an equivalent field. - Proven expertise in sponsorship marketing and strong relationship-building skills. - Superior communication and content creation skills, with a strong attention to detail. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
