To learn more about CoinFlip and how to get started on your digital currency journey, visit [www.CoinFlip.tech.](http://%20www.coinflip.tech/) The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for assisting in all areas related to the Accounts Payable process, including but not limited to: vendor onboarding, reconciling invoices to contracts/purchase orders, managing a weekly AP Aging report, developing and tracking KPI’s to increase efficiencies and transparent reporting to key stakeholders, including the Executive Team. This position is a part time (20 hours per week), hybrid work from home/office position. Responsibilities: - Monitor company spend on credit card management application by obtaining approvals, review GL coding, data import/reconciliation from expense management system to GL - Audit invoices received by vendors to purchase orders / contractual terms and obtain payment approval from company personnel - Ensure intercompany transactions are recorded on appropriate ledgers - Update relevant vendor information in Quickbooks (and potentially NetSuite) for running vendor analysis reports - Review Departmental Coding and provide department data to Financial Planning & Analysis Team - Utilize company analysis tools such as Tableau to gain valuable insight into company spend and vendor utilization across platforms - Work with our Tax advisor to ensure all requirements are fulfilled - Management of Fixed Assets Requirements: - 2-3+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a large corporate environment or with multiple customers (ie at an accounting firm) - Highly proficient using applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Accounting (NetSuite Financials ERP a bonus), Credit Card Management (Expensify, Concur, etc.) - Fundamental understanding of AASB Accounting standards: accruals, intercompany transactions - Self-starter, strong organizational skills, detail oriented - Intellectually curious, demonstrated ability to improve and implement processes to maximize efficiency - Ability to work in our Melbourne office 1 day a week (Monday or Thursday)
