**Your New Role Awaits** Do you want to be part of an innovative, fast-moving commercial valuation team where you can make a real difference? Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Commercial Certified Practising/Senior Valuers to join our team in Melbourne. **The Opportunity** NAB Valuations is NAB’s own valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations solution, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. The role of Commercial Valuer is exciting and challenging, with the ability to apply your valuation expertise across all asset types for mortgage security purposes. You will work closely with senior management and surveyors to understand the key drivers of value and market conditions of each project, applying this knowledge to produce suitable valuation reports for clients while always maintaining a high level of service delivery. **What Will My Day Look Like?** - Your role will give you the opportunity to sink your teeth into some exciting valuations projects by: - Working as part of a results-driven team producing high-quality commercial valuations - Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards - Self-manage your day to provide professional valuations in a timely manner whilst adhering to industry standards. - Leverage your expertise property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders. - Collaborate with a national team on property-related projects. - Provide excellence for customers and communicate effectively with clients & colleagues. **What We Offer** - Attractive salary and earning potential - All assets provided for the role including a job-related vehicle, fuel card, phone & iPad. - Flexible work environment, the ability to design your own day - Industry-leading technologies and easy to use platforms. - Certified API membership fully paid - Positive and development focussed culture with extensive career pathway - Additional banking benefits including a range of NAB employee, educational, lifestyle and wellbeing benefits. **What Will You Bring?** To be successful in this role you’ll have: - Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market - A passion for property and actively shares local property knowledge - Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills - Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic - Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day - Demonstrated desire for ongoing improvement - Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills. - Excellent deadline and time management skills. - The ability to work as part of a dynamic, self-motivated team. - Must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence **A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone** At NAB, we’re intent on building a culture we can all be proud of.
