Client Services - Valuations and Settlement Managementscouted. is proud to be partnering with a Boutique Residential Project Marketing Firm, which is building a name for itself as a leader in the OTP Townhouse/House & Land space. Widely recognised across Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs, their sleek brand is synonymous with style and professionalism. Due to sustained growth and an expanding portfolio, they are now looking for a property superstar to join them in a Client Services role, managing the internal valuations and settlement function.A perfect role for someone with a background in Residential Valuations and who loves being out on the road - with no two days the same. Perhaps you are an experienced Valuer who has a strong desire for a more diverse and challenging day-to-day remit. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of internal operations, managing all related tasks/documentation associated with the Valuations division. Reporting to the Channel Sales Manager, this role will also be able to learn and grow in other areas of the Residential Sales process.Your Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage valuers/valuations process by attending appointments at sold properties (predominantly Western and Northern suburb locations)Develop trust and facilitate ongoing relationships with external valuer team to maximise commercial outcomesOversee the residential settlement process and manage practical completion update schedulesDocument property variations/defects requiring attention and liaise with buyers/builders & agents accordingly to ensure smooth buyer handoverPrepare valuation and settlement packs as well as process required and relevant administrationYou Will Need:Experience in some capacity within the Residential ValuationsAttention to detail and extremely strong time management skillsAbility to juggle and multi-task competing responsibilities/tasks and prioritise based on commercial business outcomesA team-based attitude with a desire to work closely with others and support your colleagues with the end goal in mindAbility to work un-supervised and on the road most of the weekYour Benefits:Work within a small, nimble team who support each other by working together to cultivate a positive team culture in a high pressure spaceA Leadership Team who trust you to get the job done without watching your every move - in conjunction with a very flexible WFH policyBusy and high-paced, varied role that will challenge you professionallyOn-site Parking (Office based in Keilor, VIC) - Company vehicle and petrol provided for attending all appointments/meetingsSalary of $80k plus SuperIf this opportunity is of interest, please don't hesitate to hit apply nowTo Note: We value your time and we hope you value ours tooPlease ensure you have read the above information completely and meet the minimum selection criteria, we might not be able to get back to you otherwise.Only Australian permanent residents are eligible to apply.
