**About the role: ** Onboarding Wizardry: - Welcome new clients with open arms, validating and onboarding inbound registrations. - Speak confidently and knowledgeably about the Prezzee product, establishing yourself as the go-to expert in loyalty and rewards. Conversion Champion: - Ensure new customers are not just onboarded but are also driving sales. - Take charge of converting new customers and identifying upselling opportunities, educating clients on the benefits of the Smart card. - Lead product demos, set up co-branded cards, and address customer-specific needs to guarantee a seamless B2B client experience. Relationship Builder Extraordinaire: - Engage proactively with new clients to build and nurture ongoing relationships. - Develop new connections and foster existing ones—cold calling and following up on inbound leads are second nature to you. Opportunity Seeker: - Reconnect with customers who don't have an account manager and inspire them to increase their spend. - Seek referrals from current customers to uncover new business leads. - Drive lead generation by researching organisations and uncovering new business opportunities, sharing your findings with the broader sales team.
