About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Change Manager. As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving business transformation and improving processes across the organization.

What We Expect from You

Education & Skills

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong IT skills and experience with project management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Change management certifications, such as Prosci

Work Experience

  • Several years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Familiarity with implementation projects in an SAP environment
  • Experience working in an agile environment

The annual gross salary for this position will start from €63,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
