Job Description:The Commercial Partner Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, providing them with commercial advice to increase their performance growth and business success. The role involves proactively contacting partners, offering analysis, growth opportunities, feedback, and informing them about new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Pro-active communication with partners in your local market to assist with the development of Booking.com's business.
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners, the first point of contact, answering questions, and following up when needed.
- Maintain a stable relationship with accommodation partners through frequent performance calls and contact to ensure they offer customers the best availability and competitive pricing at property level.
- Be knowledgeable about Booking.com's products to explain their benefits and usage to partners.
- Identify opportunities for partners that can improve Booking.com's business using internal segmentation to prioritize.
- Find new potential partner leads and pass them on for further follow-up.
- Take Customer Service escalations related to managed portfolios and solve these in the most efficient manner for the business, partner, and customer.
- Support the organization of events like workshops and webinars for partners. Also, attend and participate in partner events for managed portfolios.
- Solution-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as working in a team.
- Able to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
- Strong and engaging communication skills.
- Able to influence partners over the phone to implement suggestions.
- Ey for accuracy and analytical ability.
- Language: English and German written and verbal.
