Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Venture Development Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our business, driving growth, and positioning Gauder as a leading e-commerce brand in the home improvement and DIY space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Head of Venture Development to develop and implement strategies for further scaling our business.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and implement changes to drive performance.
  • Lead the optimization and development of our marketing efforts and advertising setup.
  • Work closely with our supply chain and logistics team to improve the flow of goods and optimize inventory planning.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team within the next years.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
  • 1-3 years experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with exposure to e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent command of German (C2) and written and spoken English (min. C1), with knowledge of other languages considered a plus.
