Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Venture Development Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in further scaling our business and positioning us as a leading e-commerce brand in the home improvement and DIY space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize your analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance our performance.
  • Product Development: Identify new product opportunities, coordinate product launches in Europe and North America, and drive business growth through strategic product development.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Own the optimization and further development of our marketing efforts and advertising setup to drive business results.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics: Collaborate with our supply chain and logistics team to improve the flow of goods and optimize inventory planning.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team within the next years, driving business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with exposure to e-commerce.
  • Eagerness to identify alternative solutions and develop creative approaches to drive business growth.
  • Excellent command of German (C2) and written and spoken English (min. C1), with knowledge of other languages considered a plus.
