Are you looking for a challenging job in the tourism industry? We have the perfect opportunity for you at COOEE alpin Hotels. Our central office is located in Döbling, Vienna, and is responsible for our three hotels in the Alpine regions of Kärnten, Oberösterreich, and Tirol.

As a former ski racing pro, our founder Rainer Schönfelder is proud to offer our guests an unforgettable Alpine experience. As a member of our central team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of this experience and take on exciting tasks.

We are looking for a Reservation & E-commerce Assistant (m/w/d) for 38.5 hours per week in our reservation center in Vienna.

Responsibilities
  • Processing reservations and inquiries for all COOEE alpin Hotels via phone, email, and portals in the reservation center
  • Maintenance of third-party websites for all hotels
  • Keeping content, texts, and images on cooperation sites up to date
  • Communication with guests and active sales of hotels
  • Assistance with loading offers and rates for online sales
  • Contribution to the digitalization of the company
  • Active communication with hotels
Requirements
  • Completed education in hotel management, Matura, or comparable training for this position
  • Also welcome are lateral entrants who will receive top training
  • Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
  • Digital affinity
  • Good MS-Office and IT skills
  • Knowledge of protel and Opera Cloud is an advantage

This responsible task is remunerated with a minimum of € 2,215,- brutto (40h basis) per month.

Part-time work in this position is also possible.
