About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our Courier Onboarding Team in Austria. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new courier partners in our region, ensuring they have everything needed to provide exceptional service throughout all stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and retain courier partners to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation.
  • Manage courier gear, including receiving, maintaining optimal stock levels, and distributing gear to courier partners.
  • Perform inventory counts, order courier gear, and control daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Verify documents and information submitted by courier partner applicants and communicate with them as needed.
  • Develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency and enable business operations to scale efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to share development ideas and improve ongoing tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with courier partners and the Operations team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
