Job Description

The Merchant Onboarding Associate plays a crucial role in the success of our restaurant and retail partners by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing support to maximize their opportunity for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new venues into Wolt's Platform, including contract management, photography, menu updates, and Wolt app training.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and retail partners by training them on our systems and keeping them informed about updates.
  • Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops meet the highest Wolt service standards.
  • Utilize user data to develop and grow our restaurant and retail partners' businesses.
  • Ensure the menu-platform is always up-to-date with accurate text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
  • Manage equipment inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong time management skills with efficient task prioritization.
  • Located in the Vienna Region.
