Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Customer Director, der unsere Kundenstrategien entwickelt und umsetzt.

Aufgaben
  1. Strategische Verantwortung für die digitalen Kundenprojekte bei NETCONOMY
  2. Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  3. Entwicklung von Digitalisierungsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden
  4. Triggern von Problemlösungen zur Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit intern und mit dem Kunden
  5. Fokus auf Ergebnisse und Unterstützung in der Ausführung einzelner operativer Initiativen
Profil
  1. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Portfoliomanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit Enterprise-Kunden
  2. Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von großen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und umfassendes Wissen über agile Prozesse
  3. Hohe Kundenorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen systematisch zu entwickeln und zu pflegen
  4. Hervorragende Präsentations-, Argumentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
